By purchasing a ticket for your child to attend or participate in this sporting event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risks: You recognize that participation in sports activities carries certain risks, including but not limited to physical injuries. You confirm that your child is physically fit and capable of participating, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
Medical Treatment Authorization: In case of a medical emergency, you authorize event officials and medical personnel to provide necessary treatment for your child. You accept full financial responsibility for any medical services rendered.
Liability Waiver: You release and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and their respective employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your child’s participation in or attendance at the event.
Conduct and Supervision: You understand that you are responsible for your child's behavior and compliance with event rules. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior.
Media Release: You grant permission for your child's image, likeness, and/or voice to be used in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have carefully read and fully understand this Parental Waiver and Consent Form, and agree to all the terms and conditions herein.
