Battling & Intensity

Join us for an hour of battling at high intensity.  We will teach you the art of body control and positioning to win more 50/50 puck battles, both with and without the puck.  We will focus on angling, body control, puck protection under pressure, and winning battles in open ice and along the boards.  A skill that will lead you to having the puck more and building confidence in your game!
