Skills and Drills

Join us for an hour where focus will be on stick handling and shooting.  We will work on adding deception and touch to your game in both areas. There are numerous progressions to work through when it comes to the skills of stick handling and shooting.  With only 8 players on the ice you can expect to get plenty of reps and the attention you deserve!
