Skills and Drills

8 PLAYERS MAX

Join us for 30 minutes of stick handling/shooting and 30 minutes of checking.  We will work on adding deception and touch to your game in both areas. There are numerous progressions to work through when it comes to the skills of stick handling and shooting as well as learning the foundations of giving and taking a check.  With only 8 players on the ice you can expect to get plenty of reps and the attention you deserve!
