Again Athletics Waiver & Release of Liability

By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that athletic training, conditioning, and related activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, collisions, equipment accidents, dehydration, or other injuries. I freely and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, whether known or unknown, that may arise from participating in programs offered by Again Athletics.

2. Release of Liability
   In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release and discharge Again Athletics, its owners, directors, coaches, trainers, employees, and agents, as well as the facility and property owners where programs are conducted, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in any training sessions, classes, or events, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Authorization
   I authorize Again Athletics staff to provide first aid and, if necessary, obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical care, treatment, or services required as a result of participation.

4. Health Certification
   I affirm that I am physically fit to participate in training activities, have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, and will notify staff of any changes to my health status.

5. Code of Conduct
   I agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and facility guidelines set forth by Again Athletics staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in dismissal from participation without refund.

6. Media Release
   I grant Again Athletics permission to use photographs, video recordings, and likenesses of me taken during training sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, unless I notify Again Athletics in writing that I do not consent. I grant permission to Again Athletics to use photos, videos, and testimonial statements of me taken during training for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. I understand I will not receive compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the final content. This consent may be revoked in writing for future use only.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
   I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver. I acknowledge that by agreeing electronically, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I am doing so voluntarily and of my own free will.
