By purchasing a ticket for your child to participate in or attend this sporting event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child's participation in this event.
Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, you authorize the event organizers to secure medical treatment for your child as deemed necessary. You agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.
Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, staff, volunteers, and other participants from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your child's participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Supervision: You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your child's behavior and compliance with all event rules and regulations. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct.
Photography and Media: You consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media of your child taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
