Rules and Policies Agreement

I agree to follow the rules and policies established by Annie's Basic Coaching to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive lesson environment. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from lessons without refund. 

Lesson Rules & Policies:

• All skaters must sign in for ice time before stepping onto the ice.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact me directly, as REZ does not permit clients to make changes on their own.
• Skaters are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude on the ice. If this standard is not upheld, I reserve the right to ask the skater to leave the session.

Payment Policy:

• Private lesson fees will be charged at the time of booking. A $3 credit card processing fee applies to each transaction.
• Group lesson fees will be charged after the session, as rates depend on the number of skaters participating. The $3 credit card processing fee will still apply at checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a lesson, I must be notified 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within that time frame, the full lesson rate will still be charged. If you are a no show for your committed time slot, there will be an additional $15 fee. I have a waitlist of skaters that are eager to get on the ice with me so when I receive a last minute cancellation, it is not only an inconvenience to me but also to the other families that are wanting to skate.
